We have provided below a simple example of how our Tenant Find fee is charged and how favourable it compares to our local competition for transparency, and fairness, meaning you understand exactly what you are being charged.
For the calculations below, we have chosen a Monthly rent of £900 PCM
Monthly rent £900 x 110% (91.66 plus VAT – Fee is taken from fee chart above) = £990 including VAT.
If you choose Tenant Find Rent Collect then this would be a monthly cost of £32.40 including VAT on an ongoing monthly basis (£900 x 3.6%).
