No Electricity

Check your Fuseboard in the first instance (see video link)

Then, telephone the electricity board to check that the loss of power is not because of a general power cut, unpaid bills or failure to pay for the connection. If the loss of power is not due to one of those factors then you must report this issue through this system and contact us by telephone if you have not received further acknowledgement from the maintenance team.

Smoke Alarms

If you have issues with your Smoke Alarms then please see the video above.

Smoke Alarms are fitted for your safety, so if you do have concerns the alarm is not working then please inform us immediately.
