We have provided below a simple example of how our #AllInclusive fee is charged and how favourable it compares to our local competition for transparency and fairness, meaning you fully understand exactly what you are paying. This is why we have always encouraged landlords to #CheckYourStatement
For the calculations below, we have chosen a Monthly rent of £900 PCM and provided an example of total costs for a six-month, twelve-month and eighteen-month tenancy.
Monthly rent £900 x 16.8 % (Monthly “All Inclusive Fee is taken from the fee chart above) = £151.20 including VAT.
Six-month tenancy means = (6 x £151.20) Total Cost £907.20
Twelve-month tenancy = (12 x £151.20) Total Cost £1814.40
Eighteen-month tenancy = (18 x £151.20) Total cost £2721.60
As these example calculations show, our management fee really is #AllInclusive
